At Luar, each piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure you receive products in perfect condition, reflecting the quality that defines our brand.

Due to the intimate nature of our items, exchanges or returns for reasons of size, color, or personal preference are not accepted. This policy ensures safety, hygiene, and respect for our customers.

Only in the extremely rare case of a manufacturing defect will the product be reviewed and, if confirmed, replaced.
• Notifications must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
• The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
• Requests outside this timeframe or that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
